Michigan football has been on fire when it comes to the 2026 recruiting class. It seems like Sherrone Moore is teasing out a commitment, or two, every single day.
Moore tweeted out a couple on Tuesday night. Lo and behold, Michigan football landed four-star wide receiver Zion Robinson and high three-star Marky Walbridge, a 6-foot-6 offensive tackle with a total of 27 offers.
Moore took to social media again on Thursday morning, posting his patented, "Yes Sir!!!!" That, along with eyeball emojis and "Go Blue," has been the bat signal to the Michigan football fanbase that a commitment is coming.
YES SIR!!!! 👀#GoBlue

That's five this week. Three commitments have paid off already. Titan Davis, who is ranked No. 101 overall, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings, also pledged on Monday.
Of course, we don't know who Moore is talking about. It's fun to guess, but it feels like there is a chance this eyeball emoji is connected to offensive tackle Malakai Lee, who is described by Ethan McDowell of The Wolverine as "elite."
I like where Michigan is trending with a Top 100 recruit and put in a prediction earlier today.

The Wolverines could be on the verge of landing an elite prospect.

McDowell put in a projection for Lee to commit to Michigan. That's on top of Steve Wiltfong, who did the same on Wednesday. Steve Lorenz of The Michigan Insider has long had his crystal ball on the Wolverines, so this all tracks.
Lee is also set to decide on Friday (6/27). So the timing is right, too. The 6-foot-6, 318-pound offensive tackle in the top-ranked player in Hawaii in the 2026 class. He's also ranked 137th overall in the 247 Sports composite rankings. Texas and Georgia were the other finalists.
All of the exclamation points at the end of Moore's post tell you something big is coming. It might be Lee. It might someone else, but either way, the Wolverines recruiting heater isn't stopping anytime soon.
