Michigan will face some adversity

There is lots of confidence on the Michigan State side of things and it’s hard to blame the Spartans for that. They won as big underdogs in each of the past two seasons and they are as healthy as they have been all season.

Payton Thorne is also a pretty good quarterback. He’s thrown seven interceptions this season but only one in his last three games and if that trend continues, Michigan State will have a fighting chance to pull another upset on the Wolverines.

Jayden Reed and Keon Coleman are an issue and as good as the Michigan defense has been, it has had a penchant for allowing one or two big plays per game.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Michigan State made a big play in the first quarter to take the lead or tie the game or whatever. There is going to be adversity and I’ll say it right now, I think the spread is a little too high.

Michigan State is going to come out punching and it will probably land one or two, the response from the Wolverines is what will matter.
