We're all waiting to see what's going to happen with Michigan and Juke Harris.

The Wake Forest transfer is still mulling over a final decision, as the Wolverines are battling Tennessee and North Carolina for his services. Originally, Michigan was predicted to land Harris after a head-turning visit to Ann Arbor.

Since then, however, the Vols are the ones making the splash, with some experts even giving UT a small edge. Despite that, On3's Josh Henschke, who switched his pick from Michigan to Tennessee, said that his sources are telling him that Harris is in no rush to make his decision. Something tells us that's going to be a good thing for the Wolverines.

Michigan is still in the hunt to land Juke Harris along with Tennessee and UNC

Why is this a good thing for the Wolverines? North Carolina and Tennessee may not have the same luxury that Michigan does: time. North Carolina wants to make a splash with Michael Malone taking over, while the Vols have landed recent new commitments, including Notre Dame transfer Jalen Haralson.

The door is also being left open for Nate Ament to return to Tennessee. If that happens, would the Vols go ahead and just pass on this particular recruiting battle? As for North Carolina, Malone is still working his magic to bring in Terrence Brown and 5-star forward Miikka Muurinen.

As for Michigan, Dusty May is waiting to see what ends up happening with Morez Johnson and Aday Mara. Even if both those studs leave, Michigan will be in a strong position to potentially repeat as the national champs, but adding Harris of course would also make Michigan even more of a threat.

Johnson seems genuinely torn on what to do, while the same can be said for Mara. There's optimism both return, but nothing is known. May will give them all the time they want, but should they return, it will put less pressure on May to bring in Harris too, which is why he can wait there a little too. Michigan just winning it all is something Harris simply has to keep in mind as well as he gets ready to make his life-changing decision.
