Michigan legend silences rumors about Bryce Underwood's weight in best way possible

Ohio State fans just can't stop talking about Michigan football. Truth be told, it goes both ways, so it shouldn't be a shock that Buckeye fans are trying to troll Bryce Underwood.

Underwood, a five-star quarterback signee from the 2025 class, recorded a few segments with Bussin With the Boys Podcast, which also happens to feature Michigan football legend and former first-round pick Taylor Lewan.

Lewan, Will Compton, Blake Corum, Jadyn Davis, and Underwood all took a photo together. Some Ohio State fans zoomed in and used it as a chance to take shots at Underwood, who is the projected starting quarterback for the Wolverines.

It should be noted that Ohio's Tate or whatever his name is -- the Ohio State fan for Barstool mocked Underwood for his weight, even though he posted his own video on social media that showed he couldn't bench press 135 pounds.

Maybe that's not the best person to be mocking a five-star athlete. Some Ohio State fans even said Underwood was going to be the next Jamarcus Russell. If that's true, that would mean some kick-ass seasons for Michigan football before an NFL flame out but I don't see that happening.

Underwood has dazzled this spring during Michigan football practices. He's drawn praise from players, coaches, and insiders. Lewan also came to his defense on Friday, posting this on X as a response to comments about Underwood's weight.

"A lotta people got something to say about 19’s tummy. If you saw what I saw at practice the other day, you’d be terrified to see this man lining up against your team," Lewan posted.

Michigan football fans will get their first look on Saturday in the spring game. Ohio State fans will just have to try and do a better job of hiding their jealousy.
