We already knew that Michigan football was going to play Oklahoma and Ohio State in the 2025 season. We also knew the date, but know we the time and TV channel, too.
It was expected that "The Game" would be played at Noon, like it always is. Fox already announced that it would carry the game, but it was made official that the Wolverines and Buckeyes will renew their rivalry on Fox at Noon EST on November 29th.
Michigan will be seeking a fifth consecutive win over the Buckeyes. Ohio State won the national championship, just like Michigan did in 2023, except the Buckeyes didn't win "The Game" or the Big Ten championship.
Ohio State hasn't won "The Game" in over 2,000 days. Bryce Underwood will make his debut in November, and we'll see where the rivalry goes in the next chapter.
Michigan vs. Oklahoma kickoff time, TV channel
Michigan football also announced when it will play Oklahoma on Sept. 6. The game between the Big Ten/SEC powerhouses will be played on ABC at 8 PM EST.
Sherrone Moore will be facing his alma mater and he will honored prior to the game. This is probably one of the reasons Moore chose to be suspended for the Nebraska game, instead of this one.
Playing the game at night makes it more challenging. It will also be more exciting and give Underwood, if he's the starting quarterback, and this Michigan squad a chance to make an early impression in the 2025 college football season.
Other Michigan football kickoff times/TV info announced
Michigan's game against Central Michigan on Sept. 13 will kick off at Noon EST on the Big Ten Network. The Wolverines' matchup against Nebraska (Sept. 20) will be played on CBS at 3:30 EST, and the game against Wisconsin will start at 3:30 PM EST on Oct. 4. Michigan will also play New Mexico to open the season in primetime (7:30 EST) on NBC.
The network is TBD but feels like that could be another CBS game.
