The Connor Stalions story just won't die for Michigan football. The one-time staffer did a lengthy interview with the "Bussin With The Boys" podcast and there were a bunch of interesting revelations.

Former Michigan football standout and first-round pick Taylor Lewan co-hosts the podcast with Will Compton, a former Nebraska and NFL player.

Stalions is an open book in the interview and he talked about stealing signs during a game. Cade Stover, the dude who dropped a touchdown reception thanks to Mike Sainristil in 2022, said that Michigan football cheated when it recognized a screen play that Stover said Ohio State hadn't run in that formation before.

But as Stalions explained, Ohio State used really simple signals during the game making it clear to Stalions that the call was a Y Delay or a tight end screen. That kind of sign stealing is completely legal and some people, inlcuding Stalions, are very good at it.

It might rub Ohio State fans the wrong way, but nobody is using signals or information they shouldn't have more than Ohio State. Michigan football started using Stalions to help combat what the Buckeyes were doing, which Stalions says includes stealing practice footage from Michigan and other programs.

Yet, Stalions actually offered the Buckeyes some help during the 2021 season. Michigan football lost to Michigan State and needed the Spartans to lose twice. So, through an intermediary, Stalions said he shared Michigan State's signals with Ohio State to help ensure that the Spartans lost a second game, which would set up Michigan-Ohio State for the Big Ten title, which is what happened.

Who knows if Ohio State used them. Stalions said they might have already had them, but it might have been the most interesting revelation in a podcast full of them.
