There have been some great sports documentaries recently and another one centered around Connor Stalions and Michigan football is reportedly coming soon.

This is according to a new report from Chris Balas of The Wolverine. Balas has been dropping reports about the NCAA investigation into Michigan football. It sounds like the NCAA hasn't uncovered much which isn't surprising because this "vast' sign-stealing conspiracy was completely overblown.

Most fans who say the "hammer" should be dropped on Michigan football can't even point to the rule Connor Stalions broke. That's because while advanced scouting is against the rules, buying tickets for friends who record video of the game, just as every fan does, isn't against any rule.

This documentary will be fascinating though. According to Balas, it wil shed more light on Stalions role with Michigan football -- something I don't think most people understand -- plus dig into his life more, which should also be illuminating.

One prediction that's easy to make is that if this thing is produced and put out in relatively short order, people are going to watch like crazy. You know Michigan football fans will consume it, but so will Ohio State fans because in their minds, the world will only be right if the Wolverines are stripped of all their wns over the Buckeyes and their national title because it was all done by "cheating."

It had nothing to do with the fact that Ohio State can't block or tackle and has a choker for a head coach. The NCAA even said Michigan's national title was "fair and square" so send the notice of allegations or whatever and let's move on.
