Michigan is on a heater
The Wolverines are in a good spot with two other wide receivers in the 2026 class. Jaylen Pile is already committed and is another player to like, even though he's a three-star.
Calvin Russell, who is ranked 47th overall, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings, but rated as a five-star prospect, via 247 Sports' rankings, visited last weekend, ahead of his commitment date on July 5th.
The Wolverines are solidly in the mix with Russell. They have been projected to land Travis Johnson, who is ranked No. 144 overall, has also been projected to Michigan ahead of his July 4th commitment. He's 6-foot-3, 185 pounds out of Chesapeake, Virginia.
Sherrone Moore has teased two more commitments since Monday. Robinson was one. Two others have yet to come through, and with more decisions looming in the next two weeks, the recruiting fireworks for Michigan football are far from finished.
