Michigan football is now trending for another key in-state recruit as Jeremiah Beasley has gotten three crystal balls for U-M.

It’s been a pretty good week for Michigan football on the recruiting trail. The Wolverines landed two commitments on Tuesday and jumped to No. 1 overall in the 2024 team rankings according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings.

That ranking might not hold, but as long as Michigan football holds onto the commitments, the final rankings don’t really matter. The Wolverines have 11 four-star prospects so far in the 2024 class and three of them are ranked in the top 100.

A year ago, you wondered when Michigan might land another player ranked in the top 100 and now they have landed three since Jordan Marshall in March.

It’s honestly one of the best recruiting runs I can remember in recent years and according to more crystal ball projections, more good news is coming.

More crystal ball projections for Wolverines

If the crystal ball predictions are correct, Michigan football will be getting another commitment on Friday from three-star star offensive lineman Jake Guarnera.

However, more positive crystal balls have been coming in for Michigan football and the latest trend is with Jeremiah Beasley, a four-star linebacker from Belleville.

Beasley is ranked 268th overall, as well as sixth in the state of Michigan in the 2024 class via the 247 Sports composite rankings. He’s 6-foot-1, 210 pounds, and with crystal ball projections flipping from Michigan State to Michigan, he would be a great addition for the Wolverines.

Landing Beasley would be a good sign that the Belleville pipeline is starting to open up again. The scouting report from 247 Sports by Allen Trieu calls Beasley a three-down linebacker.

He’s also a top priority for the Wolverines and Steve Wiltfong put in a crystal ball on Tuesday. He was followed by Sean Scherer on Wednesday and since he’s a Michigan State insider, that’s a good sign for U-M.

There is no indication when Beasley might commit, but based on this recent trend, Michigan football will be the favorite whenever it is.
