The competition at WR is real

It’s interesting that Roman Wilson has made the standout play (in terms of videos published) so far because he’s one of the most underrated players on the Michigan football roster.

Wilson is a dynamic deep threat and he might not even crack Michigan football’s top three on the depth chart this season.

Ronnie Bell is returning from injury but he was pictured not even wearing a knee brace this week in practice and he seems primed for a huge comeback season. I believe he’ll lead the Wolverines in yards and receptions.

On top of Bell and Wilson, the Wolverines also have Cornelius Johnson, a 6-foot-3 wideout who led Michigan in receiving yards and receptions last season.

Andrel Anthony also seems poised for a breakout season, while A.J.Henning, Darrius Clemons, Amorion Walker, and others can’t be forgotten about either. Mike Sainristil might play some offense too still, although his defense has been exceptional.

Regardless, after the first week of camp and seeing that Bell is fully healthy, is a reminder that his position group is as talented as its been in more than a decade.
