Bold Prediction #2: Mike Morris is an All-Big Ten selection.

We alluded to it at the outset. Aidan Hutchinson and David Ojabo aren’t going to be replaced on their own. But if they weren’t the best defensive end tandem in Michigan football history, fans would be pretty excited about Mike Morris.

Morris was so good last year that he played in all 14 games and was the first one off the bench to spell Hutchinson and Ojabo. He even provided versatility on the inside, sliding in to cover the interior when needed.

While he might not be the superstar that the two aforementioned were and are, Morris won’t miss a beat and will have a good enough year to be an All-Big Ten selection.

My bold prediction: 10 sacks and 10 tackles for loss on the season, First Team All-Big Ten selection.
