Martin (TX) five-star CB Javien Toviano, No. 22 overall, No. 4 CB

Steve Clinkscale is the primary recruiter for this one. We haven’t really talked about this recruit much, if at all, on here, but anytime a five-star is interested in you, regardless of position, you show interest back, and you recruit him.

Javien took an official visit to Michigan a few weeks ago, and it seemed to go well. Javien has been really pro-Michigan on Twitter and Instagram, so just like Jadyn Davis professed his love for the Wolverines, Michigan needs to make Javien a priority just the same.

Getting him to visit a few more times before the season is over would be good, because the heavy hitters like Georgia, Texas, and Alabama are all still in the mix for him as well.

North Gwinnett (GA) four-star DL Kayden McDonald, No. 293 overall, No. 41 DL

McDonald took an official visit to Michigan recently in June, so he is at least somewhat familiar with the campus. He will also be coming to the BBQ at the Big House, so this could be one to circle as a potential commit very soon.

The only other program to really worry about is Georgia, but they are filling up their class, and a top-300 overall player like McDonald might not be their biggest priority right now.
