Wide receivers and tight end

WR: Donovan Peoples-Jones (JR), Nico Collins (JR), Tarik Black (JR), Oliver Martin (RS SO) Ronnie Bell (SO), Giles Jackson (FR)

Michigan football is loaded at wide receiver and with its top two pass catchers back in Donovan Peoples-Jones and Nico Collins, as well as Tarik Black, Gattis should be licking his chops.

The Wolverines have three NFL-caliber wideouts, who are all at least 6-foot-2. Martin is another talented guy who can contribute inside or outside and Giles Jackson is the kind of dynamic slot receiver Michigan has been missing. Another incoming freshman, Cornelius Johnson, might also push for playing time, but with an overcrowded depth chart, he may end up being a redshirt.

TE: Sean McKeon (SR), Nick Eubanks (SR), Mustapha Muhammad (RS FR), Luke Schoonmaker (RS FR)

Losing Gentry hurts at tight end. The former quarterback should do well in the NFL, but it would have been nice to see Gattis call plays with him because his talent was wasted the past two seasons.

Speaking of Gattis, it seems like he has plans for tight end next season and that will likely include moving them around more and less two tight end sets. Sean McKeon will end up being the starter because of his ability to block, especially in the run game, but Nick Eubanks will be the top receiving threat. Mustapha Muhammad is another name to watch in the passing attack.
