Harbaugh has made Michigan a national power again

It’s funny looking back at the criticism that Harbaugh faced at the beginning of the year. People didn’t think he could win big games and many actually thought he should be replaced.

It’s crazy to think that was just a few months ago. The plain truth is that Harbaugh is one of the best college football coaches in America and the Wolverines are lucky to have him. Michigan is blessed that he came home and loves the University of Michigan, otherwise, he would probably be back in the NFL.

Yet, he seems like he is going to be at Michigan for the long haul. Bring on that lifetime contract, cause in my opinion, Michigan can’t do better than Harbaugh. Literally, unless the Wolverines are somehow landing Nick Saban, who is really better at Harbaugh and who would want to come to Michigan as he did?

No matter what happens against Ohio State, Harbaugh has Michigan on the path to sustained success. UM has won 10 games three of his first four seasons and the Wolverines will be in a New Year’s Six Bowl even with a loss. His record in Big Ten games is 26-8 and overall, he is 38-13. They have also shared their first Big Ten East title.

Michigan shouldn’t be out to share division titles. It needs to win the Big Ten championship but even if that doesn’t happen this year — it’s coming and Harbaugh is the one to thank.
