Beating Indiana won’t be easy but UM does it 27-17 (8-0)

It’s hard to know how good Indiana is right now because outside of beating Virginia 20-16, the Hoosiers really haven’t been tested. After going 5-7 last season though, they will be hungry to reach bowl eligibility and after a 3-0 start, need just three wins in conference play to do it.

Whether things go as well for Michigan football as I am predicting or not, the Wolverines will be heavy favorites against Indiana. Head coach Tom Allen is doing a solid job and quarterback Peyton Ramsey is a dual-threat guy, which as I said, always seems to give Michigan fits, so I can see this game being close on a cold November day.

Another indicator is that Indiana has played Michigan to within 10 points or less in five of the last seven games. However, the Hoosiers also haven’t beaten the Wolverines since 1987 and if Michigan is 9-1 at the time, that losing skid won’t end this season.

Michigan may get caught looking ahead a little to Ohio State, which is next up after Indiana, yet UM is still good enough to win 27-17.
