Beating Ohio State would make 2017 a resounding success

Certainly, the Wolverines have a lot to accomplish in their final four games. A Big Ten title is out of the picture and so is the College Football Playoff, but for Michigan football fans, a win over Ohio State would be just as satisfying.

With the loss to Michigan State, Harbaugh’s record in rivalry games fell to 1-4 and no one needs to be reminded of his 0-2 mark against the Buckeyes, particularly after the soul-crushing overtime loss suffered in 2016.

It’s time for the tide to turn in the rivalry and with the game at home this season, Michigan will have a chance to do just that. And who knows, maybe the Wolverines will be able to spoil the Buckeyes Big Ten Championship dreams in the process. If they do, we can all party like its 1995, 1996 and 1997.
