Wide receiver is not a problem

While the secondary was a spot of concern for Michigan football fans, another position that was focused on heavily coming into the season was wide receiver. Well, after two games. it seems safe to say, that the Wolverines will be just fine.

In the third quarter, Michigan got a huge touchdown from Grant Perry, who used an incredible effort to score on a 33-yard catch and run. For the season, Perry has eight receptions for 112 yards, both team highs. But, he’s not been the only effective pass catcher.

Kekoa Crawford also had a big day against the Bearcats, catching four passes for 83 yards and a touchdown. Tarik Black also has six catches for 94 yards this season and at some point, you expect Eddie McDoom and Donovan Peoples-Jones to get going.

The passing game does seem to be in a bit of a funk and things will need to be ironed out, but the talent at wide receiver is more than good enough.
