“The Blunder”

I was completely torn between this game and the Appalachian State game. I finally gave the edge to this game because of the circumstances and how unforeseen the ending was.

Michigan is in the middle of this incredible resurgence, and a win over Michigan State would have put the Wolverines well in the national picture heading into the second half of the season.

It’s not like Michigan’s out of it in the Big Ten, and a big-time bowl bid is still in play, but it just felt like the Wolverines were 10 seconds away from completing the comeback.

What we also see here is a single player who made an error on a single play for Michigan. That’s unique to this list.

So as painful as it was, we can live knowing that it will take A LOT to top it.

Relive it, if you dare.
