With the NBA draft approaching in a couple of weeks, former Michigan basketball star Danny Wolf will almost certainly be a first-round pick.

I believe there is one NBA team who he would fit with like no other: The Oklahoma City Thunder

Danny Wolf would be perfect for Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder have a very thin, frontcourt with limited offenisve scoring ability from Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartestein.

The Thunder like to play fast, and Danny Wolf is use to that playing in a high tempo offense at Michigan.

This can defintely intrigue the Thunder's perspective because it can give you another ball handler outside Shai-Gilgeous Alexander as Danny Wolf has shown the ability to push the ball up the court genertaing his teams offensive possessions.

Chet Holmgren's natural position is at the five, so if you slot Danny Wolf at the four into that starting lineup with SGA, Lou Dort, and Jalen Williams, this team can easily win back-to-back NBA championships if they can knock off the Pacers in this year's NBA Finals

Because of the ball handling skills, vision, and IQ, people have compared Wolf to Jokic. However, he has a long way to go to catch an all-time great. The attributes are there; he needs to be put in the right system with the right coaches and players around him, and the Thunder checks that off.

Wolf has been projected to go close to the NBA draft lottery after a stellar season with the Wolverines, averaging 13.2 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game.

Despite playing for the NBA title, the Thunder have two first-round picks: No. 15 and No. 24.
