The Michigan football recruiting BBQ won't be happening the same way in the future or at least at the same time after a change to the recuriting rules.

Next July will be a dead period. Right now, July is mostly a dead period except for that last weekend or so which is when Michigan football has hosted its recruiting BBQ.

The Wolverines will host it again this July and it's shaping up to be a star-studded affair for Michigan football. In the 2026 class, U-M is already working on getting some elite prospects on campus and Brady Hart, the 2026 QB commitment, is leading the way.

Hart will be back on campus for the Michigan Recruiting BBQ and joining him will be two of the top-ranked running backs in the 2026 class.

The 5-foot-10, 175-pound running back out of Texas hasn't visited Michigan yet. Texas, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma are all contenders but it's a good sign to get the talent back on campus for the BBQ.
