Ohio State people just can't accept the fact that Michigan football owned the Buckeyes for the past three seasons. Ryan Day reinforced that he doesn't live in reality when he said before the Ohio State spring game that the Buckeyes were "one play away" the past few seasons from reaching all their goals.

That statement is objectively hilarious. Ohio State was one play away from beating Michigan in 2023. But the only asterisk that belongs next to that game is the fact that Jim Harbaugh was suspended for no reason, giving Ohio State an advantage it didn't deserve.

Michigan football still won and never trailed. Yet, AD Gene Smith who was on WOSU’s All Sides with Anna Staver, was asked by Staver if the three-game losing streak to the Michigan Wolverines, “deserves a little bit of an asterisk since for at least two of those years, it appears they were cheating.”

“Yeah, of course I do,” Smith said. “The rules are in place to protect the integrity of the game and try your best to create a level playing field, and when those rules are violated, then it affects those principles. And so, we have to keep that in perspective.”

Again, Michigan football was the team disadvantaged in 2023. The sign gate thing was public knowledge so the Wolverines didn't have any signs or advantages.

There is also zero proof that Michigan "cheated" in any other win over OSU. Connor Stalions wasn't even on the coaching staff in 2021. I guess that's why Staver said the Michigan Wolverines cheated in two games.

However, it has been reported and documented that Ohio State stole Michigan's signals in 2022 and traded Michigan's signals with other Big Ten teams. The Buckeyes gave Purdue Michigan's signals after the Wolverines beat them for the Boilermakers to use in the Big Ten title game.

So both teams had each other's signals in 2022. 'The Game' was played on a level playing field and Michigan football won by 22, outscoring Ohio State 28-3 in the second half.

Michigan football won that game by 22. The Wolverines won last season by six and never trailed. If Jim Harbaugh was on the sidelines, the best head coach in college football at the time, Michigan football probably wins by even more.

The tears are hilarious though. They also make the national championship and the 3-0 mark to end Jim Harbaugh's career taste even sweeter.

Michigan softball advances in Big Ten tournament

The Michigan Wolverines softball team was in a battle against Maryland in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten softball tournament on Thursday until they weren't. The game was tied 0-0 going into the bottom of the fifth inning when Michigan softball exploded for 10 runs to end the game, 10-0.

Avery Fantucci hit a pinch-hit grand slam to end the game in favor of the Michigan Wolverines. Ella McVey went 2-for-2 with a run and RBI, while Lauren Derkowski was dealing and allowed just two hits and struck out three in the shutout win.
