Michigan football got some good news on Monday when four-star EDGE Jaylen Williams announced his commitment to the Wolverines. Williams ended a commitment drought of over a month for Michigan, and the Wolverines now have some much needed momentum.

We've been waiting all offseason for a commitment that could start a trend of commitments for the Wolverines, and there's a chance that this is the one to do it. What leads me to say that? Well, a number of things.

First, we're approaching Michigan's biggest visit weekends. More and more top prospects are going to be in Ann Arbor, which bodes well for the Wolverines. The extra commitment will only help. Next, there are a number of recruits Michigan is competing for that are expected to announce commitments shortly. That could be great for Michigan football.

Lastly, and possibly most telling, are the tweets being sent out by the coaching staff. First, there is this tweet from Sherrone Moore, featuring two pairs of eyes and two fists. In the past, additional pairs of eyes and fists have meant multiple commits expected.

Next is this tweet from defensive coordinator Wink Martindale. This tweet was posted after the commitment of Jaylen Williams, implying that at least one other commit could be announcing soon.

Let's take a look at the two recruits most likely to announce their commitment next.
