Michigan football recruiting: Elite targets set to visit Wolverines

In this article, I look at some top recruits who are scheduled to be in Ann Arbor over the coming weeks, looking at where Michigan football stands in each recruitment.

Top 110 WR Talyn Taylor (ILL)

Last but not least, we have another receiver in close proximity to Michigan. Ron Bellamy is making Taylor a top target, and his efforts appear to be paying off so far. Taylor has visited Michigan football three times in the past year, and will be making his fourth visit this April.

This recruitment is shaping up to be a battle, with teams like Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and Georgia fighting for Taylor's services. Michigan is in a good spot currently, but they still have plenty of ground to make up. I'd expect the Wolverines to receive an official visit from Taylor.

Nonetheless, this will be a very important visit. Taylor will be watching Michigan's spring practices, and will see firsthand how the new staff is running things. This is a great chance for Sherrone Moore and Ron Bellamy to make a big impact on a top recruit, and it's one to watch.
