Spring practice is underway for Michigan Football, which means visit season is also beginning. These next few months will be huge for the 2025 class. This is where momentum is built, and Michigan needs some momentum with how quiet the recruiting trail has been. The Wolverines currently have three commits in the 2025 class, and sit at 33rd nationally.

These next few weeks in particular will be huge for the Wolverines. They're set to host a plethora of elite recruits, and they need to make a significant impact on a handful of them. With that being said, let's take a look at some of the big name recruits set to make their way to Ann Arbor soon.

Five Star OL Andrew Babaloa (KS)

Babaloa is set to make his way to Ann Arbor this week, and this will be a huge one for Sherrone Moore and co. Sherrone Moore is originally from Kansas and personally visisted Babaloa earlier in the year. Moore and offensive line coach Grant Newsome are making Babaloa a top priority.

With their recent success, Michigan football should be a top landing destination for elite offensive linemen like Babaloa, but we haven't really seen that materialize. Babaloa is going to be very hard to pull from the heart of the south, but if anyone can do it, it's Sherrone Moore and Michigan. This is one to definitely keep an eye out for as his visit approaches.

Top 200 OL Avery Gach (MI)

Gach is as close to a must land as you're going to see this year. A highly rated offensive lineman from Michigan, Gach is a must land for Sherrone Moore. The Wolverines currently have a crystal ball in their favor, and it's possible that Michigan could have a commitment from Gach sooner rather than later.

Gach is set to visit Michigan this Spring, and I expect that Sherrone Moore and co will put on the full court press and try to earn Gach's commitment. He would be a great recruit to land early in the cycle, and could be a real momentum builder for Michigan.

Landing an elite offensive line recruit could also help in the recruitment of Babaloa or other top offensive linemen.
