Texas thoroughly dominated Michigan in the Big House on Saturday and ended several streaks in the process. Here's some overreactions from the affair.

3. It's time to think about seriously starting Jadyn Davis

As intriguing as this sounds, Davis is still slated to redshirt. That does mean he can play in four games, so all hope is not lost, but there's been no buzz about him being ready yet. Until then we just have to wait and hopes that he can develop quicker than most. That makes this an overreaction for the time being.

This week is the best chance for Davis to play, but Arkansas State is no walk in the park. Don't be surprised if they struggle with the Red Wolves and Warren goes 60 minutes again. As Joel Klatt said on Saturday Warren needs the reps because they could become a blessing or a curse down the road.

Like his father posted on social media, "patience is a virtue." Davis will have his time and when it comes Michigan football will be in a better place against teams like Texas and others. For now, they'll have to live with Davis Warren or hope that Jack Tuttle provides some solutions to the growing problem once he is 100%.
