We now know the names of the two men who will be taking over the coordinator positions for two legendary coaches in Michigan football history. Jesse Minter will be a head coach someday, but for now its Sherrone Moore's time in the sun. He had some tough choices to make and deal with during the transition, but he has not swayed away from the success that has got him to the top of Michigan football.

Moore tabbed Kirk Campbell as next in line, while he nabbed Wink Martindale away from the big boys to foresee the defense. Moore and his offensive staff can focus on just that, while letting a veteran like Martindale to oversee the defense with Steve Clinkscale. He's almost got all his pieces in place with arguably three key departures moving on.

He still has to find a defensive line coach, but that becomes a little less stressful with Martindale in tow. Jay Harbaugh's right hand man will run the special teams group now. One of the most important cogs in the wheel that is remaining is Mike Hart. Justin Tress worked side-by-side with Ben Herbert too, which is a plus. Put it altogether and it won't be as outstanding as Jim Harbaugh's staff was, but it could have been a total rebuild.

With that said, let's grade the coordinator hires.
