The spring window of the transfer portal is officially closed, so where do the Big Ten teams stand right now?

Penn State will continue to be competitive as long as James Franklin sticks around. However, Franklin is not a coach that puts all his efforts into the transfer portal.

The Nittany Lions didn't take too much from the portal as they only lost two players int he spring window. They did bring in six players before the end of Januar, which was good for Franklin.

There are a few concerns surrounding the quarterback position, but with a coach like Franklin, there is not much to worry about in College Station.
