. 9. . . . Big Ten power rankings. . . 488.

Nebraska in recent years has been the butt of many college football jokes after being a team that many thought would dominate, especially after hiring former player Scott Frost to run the program. Unfortunately for Husker fans, Frost didn't bring the talent he showed at UCF to Nebraska.

With Matt Rhule at the helm for a couple of years now, Nebraska is somewhat getting its feet under them. In the spring window, they didn't bring in any players and only managed to lose two.

Can Nebraska take another step forward next season? It seems like they are poised to, but they still remain middle of the pack in these power rankings.
