After playing EA Sports College Football 25, here are some thoughts as a Michigan football fan.

The regrets

One thing I'll say about playing EA Sports College Football 25 is that it makes me think about all the missed opportunities we had.

It would have been super fun to play with J.J. McCarthy as the Michigan football quarterback. That's probably my No. 1 regret, although I really wish I could play with Blake Corum too. It would also be fun to pound the rock behind the offensive lines of 2021, 2022, and 2023.

I even thought about how fun it would be for Michigan football fans to be able to play with Aidan Hutchinson or Mike Sainristil. It would be have been amazing to have Jim Harbaugh on the game or in the pre-game somehow, even though coaches aren't in the game at all for now.

I'm just saying if I could back and play those years, that's probably the only regret I have because this year's edition of EA Sports College Football 25 -- while not perfect, is one of the best sports video games of all time and as a college football fan specifically, it's hard to beat.
