Blake Corum is truly back

All season, the narrative has been about how Blake Corum is still trying to get back to 100 percent. He suffered a major knee injury last season against Illinois, so it was understandable.

However, in the biggest moments, Corum has been at his best. He ran for over 100 yards against Penn State and scored a touchdown. He also had the epic touchdown run against Ohio State when he flashed the 6-5.

However, Corum truly looked like he was 100 percent in the Rose Bowl. That's the Corum that would have won the Heisman trophy. His 17-yard touchdown run on a power call was the stuff of legend. He scored two touchdowns and caught the key fourth-down pass.

Beyond the legendary performance, it's an exciting thought to have the true Blake Corum ready to go for the national championship game. Michigan football didn't have that all regular season. That's part of the recovery process, but he's back now and that's scary for anyone that has to tackle him.
