The running game will be just fine

One reason that Michigan football fans don't need to worry as much about the quarterback position is that the running game should be stellar once again.

The return of Donovan Edwards was massive for Michigan football this season. His leadership has been on display. Kalel Mullings is another name to watch. There weren't many carries for him last season but I see more of a 50/50 share this season between Edwards and Mullings.

Benjamin Hall has been promising for the second straight spring according to reports, and I like Cole Cabana too. Beyond the backs, the reports are good about the offensive line too.

Greg Crippen and Giovanni El-Hadi were good enough to start last season and Michigan football's three interior starters should be as good as any in The Big Ten.
