Marsh can have an early impact

Michigan football needs more talent at the wide receiver position. The Wolverines have done a great job of turning out pro tight ends and actually, they have now had three receivers drafted in the past two draft classes.

But when you look at the current depth chart, it's not far-fetched to believe that Marsh could make an impact as a freshman in 2025. Blocking is a strong suit for Marsh and that should endear him the coaching staff more.

He also might be the most talented receiver on the roster. Tyler Morris was a top-100 guy in high school, when he was healthy and there's a reason for that. But Marsh is a blue-chipper out of Texas and I think we'll see why when he plays for Michigan football.

Marsh might not be the 6-foot-3 prototype, but he's the highest-ranked wide receiver recruit Michigan has landed since Donovan Peoples-Jones, and closing with him was a big win in terms of recruiting momentum and future on-field success.
