With its newest toy in attendance, Michigan football played its most complete game of 2024. Kalel Mullings scored three short touchdown runs to compile a new career high for the outgoing senior. He didn't break 100 yards but got loose for his longest run since the USC victory.

Davis Warren threw one bad pass that resulted in one of two field goals for the Wildcats. Besides that, he was satisfactory. He hit a wide open Colston Loveland to cap a brilliant two minute drive right before halftime. Unfortunately we didn't get to see Loveland in the second half because he was working through something. That's what Coach Moore said in the postgame presser.

Donovan Edwards got into the act in his final appearance at the Big House. The home run threat broke a couple of late runs that eventually got him into the endzone for six more. When those two were on the sidelines, senior Tavierre Dunlap scored his first career touchdown to hit the 50 point mark on Saturday.

While the seniors had their moments to remember, some freshman saw the field for the first time too. Jordan Marshall notched seven carries and nearly housed a kickoff return that set up the Dunlap score. The man who handed the ball off to Dunlap was Jadyn Davis. It was his only snap on Saturday, but he made it count. The crowd cheered once they realized it was a different Davis in the backfield.

Here are three of the takeaways from the senior day shellacking of Northwestern.
