2. Jack Sawyer was justified for ripping Michigan's flag off its pole
The senior who came back to beat Michigan football was running his mouth pregame and couldn't accept the fact that he lost to Michigan for the last time in his overrated career. You can say his emotions got the best of him and Michigan was instigating him, but only Ohio State fans would find it reasonable for his childish actions.
Sawyer should have left the field and moved on with the rest of his teammates and coaches. Instead he was hellbent on starting a riot that caused police officers to get involved. This is an overreaction that should not be celebrated, but only crazy Neanderthals like Ohio State fans will think he did something worth praising.
JACK SAWYER WON’T LOSE THIS GAME.

Thank goodness for Jason Avant stepping in and saving the flag. He will go down as a Michigan hero for doing that by some involved. If a Michigan player would have done that to an Ohio State player in Michigan stadium, then imagine the outrage that the Buckeyes would be screaming for the day after.
