The newly signed five-star centerpiece of the 2025 class got a glimpse of what he'll be involved in next year at this time. He just sent in his letter of intent to play for Dusty May on Thursday as the early signing period wrapped up.

As for the current roster, Nimari Burnett sizzled to a near perfect night from the floor. He only missed one shot. Danny Wolf recorded another double-double, the second time in three outings and Tre Donaldson couldn't miss in the second half. All of his 14 points came after the intermission.

For the non-starters, Sam Walters has been consistent off the bench with at least nine points in all three games. Justin Pippen saw his first action as a Wolverine and L.J. Cason was held scoreless for the first time this season and had a rough night turning the ball over.

Around the rest of the Big Ten on Friday night, Purdue took down a top five Alabama squad at Mackey and Wisconsin surprised top 10 Arizona in the Kohl Center. Iowa and Penn State had impressive wins too. It makes this win more important to try and keep pace with what the top-half of the conference has accomplished in such a short time span.
