The shorthanded Huskies put up a more ferocious fight than they did against Michigan State on Thursday, but Michigan's shooters had answers when they had a chance to get within single digits. The maize and blue were dialed in from what was the first meeting between the schools in 30 years. Michigan basketball is now 3-0 against the former Pac-12 members. They'll get Oregon at home next month to complete the sweep.

Here are three of the takeaways from Sunday's matinee victory over the Huskies.

1. Michigan's field goal percentage is among the upper echelon in college basketball

Going into Sunday's affair the Wolverines were battling Northern Iowa for percentage supremacy. The Panthers shot a tad better on Saturday then the maize and blue did on Sunday, so the percentage will dip a bit behind the Panthers for bragging rights. Michigan's offense has topped 85 plus in the last eight games now. In Juwan Howard's farewell season, the offense didn't score over 80 points in the final 20 games.

Four Wolverines were 50% or better from the floor on Sunday. Nimari Burnett didn't miss a single shot he took, while Vlad Goldin's only miss came from his second attempt from beyond the 3-point line. Sam Walters poured in three trifectas and allowed Goldin and Danny Wolf to rest for spells, while they were in foul trouble. Will Tschetter and Justin Pippen provided some more positivity off the pine as well.
