Derrick Moore and TJ Guy

Like the running backs, we are going to group the pass rushers together.

When Sherrone Moore was talking about the EDGE players, he said the group was as good as any in college football. Cameron Brandt is the name that doesn't get mentioned as much, but he had three sacks last season, too, and should be much more productive with more opportunities.

If Moore plays like he did against Alabama, he could be a first-round pick, too. Getting Benny back for this season was essential, but Moore and Guy each could have left for the NFL draft, too.

Moore had four sacks last season. Guy had 5.5. Brandt could take a similar leap to TJ Guy this season, but you need at least two pass rushers who can win consistently. Moore and Guy are more than capable of doing that, and with Brandt, too, quarterbacks have to live in fear playing the Michigan defense.
