The running game will find tough sledding

It's about time for the Wolverines to give up on the idea that they can run over anyone. They can't. They have tried all season and it hasn't worked.

Defenses are keen to what Michigan football is doing. Teams are putting their safeties into the box and daring the Wolverines to throw it deep.

Michigan still won't do it. Hopefully, Kirk Campbell is more aggressive in this game and comes out throwing. That's what Michigan needs to do. Indiana allows just 2.5 yards per rushing attempt. That's an overlooked aspect of their team, but I don't see Michigan having much success.

Some runs by Orji and maybe a long run or two by Donovan Edwards are probably the best chance Michigan has to putting together a respectable running game. But unless the offense gets more creative and throws against the stacked boxes, it's going to be tough sledding.

I think Michigan is held under 150 yards rushing. Maybe even under 100.
