The three-game winning streak over Ohio State

Ohio State is a heavy favorite to beat Michigan on Saturday. I would be shocked if the Wolverines pulled off the upset but it's not impossible.

I feel much better after Michigan's 50-6 win over Northwestern. The Wildcats aren't a great team but they have been competitive and I expected a close game. Instead, the Wolverines took control in the second half.

The defense allowed just 127 yards last week. Michigan notched five sacks and had two takeaways. The running game went for over 200 yards.

But even if the winning streak comes to an end, those three wins, all over three highly-ranked Ohio State teams will live on forever. Every one of those games was for the Big Ten Eastn -- basically the Big Ten championship -- and Michigan won all three.

No game in the rivalry will ever mean that much again and the 0-3 stretch by Ohio State will be one that dogs Buckeye fans for the rest of their lives.

So don't be mad if it's over, be glad it happened.
