Conquering Oklahoma was an indescribable feeling after last week's mess. However even more satisfying was the fact that Ohio State choked away a 20-point lead and is 1-3 in their last four games. This weekend will be celebrated for all the right reasons. Go Blue!

John Mateer just missed some throws that he normally doesn't miss
After the game, Mateer spoke to the media and said he just made some bad throws instead of giving credit to Jay Hill's defense. This is an obvious overreaction. He should have known when he said it. Mateer is probably feeling the effects of Michigan's defense, which put his Heisman campaign on hold for at least a week.
Mateer will bounce back and should spread the blame to his receivers and running game. They failed him miserably. Rocky Beers was his no.1 option, but didn't make a catch in the waning moments of the loss, when they needed someone to step up the most.
Oklahoma was not that good to begin with
Skeptics on social media started making excuses for Oklahoma following the loss. They said that the Sooners were overrated and that Michigan should only be 1-1. This is also an overreaction that holds no merit because it is utter nonsense.
Michigan played with a chip on its shoulder and wanted to prove people wrong. That's exactly what the Wolverines did. Simply put, they humbled the masses and made them eat their words.
Oklahoma has a very challenging schedule ahead, but they should still be considered as a playoff contender. There's no shame in losing to a Michigan football team that barely survived a MAC powerhouse. Being in the SEC still improves the Sooners chances of reaching their postseason goals.

All week long, all we heard was that Michigan was going to get destroyed at home by 40 points or more. The number of tweets that predicted an Oklahoma landslide victory and ended up blowing up in their faces might be a new record for futility. This was the biggest overreaction of them all and one that Michigan trolls won't let them forget.
