Adaptability on the Coaching Staff

So far this season, Michigan's coaches have let these players down as if they are very underprepared for each game. Coming into a game with a game plan is great, but when that game plan isn't being executed, there needs to be a switch that is flipped to change the game plan and win the game. Michigan football is known for trying to be the bullies and dominate the game, but what happens when that doesn't work?

It feels like when Michigan gets into these moments where the game isn't going their way they tend to fold and not change their plan of attack. We saw this against Oklahoma, where they tried to control the game with the run and win the time of possession battle, but it backfired, and they did nothing to change that game plan.

We need to see some aggressive play calling, and this game needs to be do or die for the Wolverines. Every game for the rest of the season is a must-win to make the playoffs. Especially with two losses. This is also a big chance for Washington to show that they are good enough to make the playoffs. While there will always be mistakes by the players, it is the coach's job to put them in the right mindset to go win the game, and they have not given the players the ability to do that this season.

This will be a pivotal game of the season for Michigan football, as a win in this game can rally the team for the rest of the season. Being in front of the home crowd in Ann Arbor is a huge factor that can also will this team to a win when they need it most.
