Draw the 2-point game

Michigan is one of the best offensive teams in the country and part of the reason for that is the fact that the Wolverines are 30th in 2-point field goal percentage too.

Nkamhoua, Dug McDaniel, Tarris Reed, and Wil Tschetter are well over 50 percent on 2-point attempts this season, and at 20.3 points per game,  Dug has been good everywhere.

Indiana ranks in the top 57 in 2-point offense and defense in terms of percentage, so the Wolverines need to find a way to be effective inside on both ends of the floor.

Michigan doesn’t need to win the 2-point battle. It just can’t get dominated inside and it can’t allow Indiana to live at the free-throw line.

Michigan vs. Indiana prediction

The Wolverines are a 7-point favorite tonight according to DraftKings, which strikes me as high. Two of the Hoosiers’ six wins are against power-5 teams. However, they could be without point guard Xavier Johnson which could be troublesome up against McDaniel.

Indiana is 6-1 overall and fresh off a win over Maryland. I feel like they won’t be as desperate as the Wolverines who need a win and find a way to get one.
