Offense: A

The offense gets another A this week. Michigan football didn’t score in the first two drives of the game and allowed three sacks.

However, after that, the Wolverines were flawless — literally — scoring on their next eight possession before taking a knee to end the game.

McCarthy missed his first two pass attempts, then completed 16 of 17. They weren’t all easy throws either. He got Michigan footbal going with a dart to Colston Loveland that split some Indiana defenders, before rifling another into Cornelius Johnson that was similar.

There isn’t a throw on the field that J.J. McCarthy doesn’t think he can make. He made them all on Saturday, except for a deep ball I guess, but he did have the flip pass to Donovan Edwards, who also scored a touchdown.

Edwards is close to breaking a long run. He needs to stop pressing. Blake Corum looked solid and Benjamin Hall has a bright future.
