Don’t sleep walk

Frankly, if Michigan football is focused and prepared, as I expect it will be, the Rebels don’t stand a chance. They have landed some solid players in the transfer portal and Barry Odom is a solid coach, but they just aren’t on the same level talent wise as the Wolverines.

Not many in college football are right now. Michigan football is deep, talented, and experienced. You don’t always have that combination but the Wolverines do and it’s fun to watch.

Another thing is that with all the depth and position battles, some of which are still ongoing, guys can’t afford to take their foot off the gas for even a play. You think Michael Barrett and Junior Colson are going to ease up? No and Ernest Hausmann is one reason for that.

That’s just one position but the offensive line, secondary, receiver, and others are similar. EDGE and defensive line too.

I don’t think the offense was satisfied with the 30-point output and it shouldn’t be. The Wolverines should hang 40-50 points on the Rebels and as long as they are focused on gameday, this game shouldn’t be much of an issue.
