The 2023 offensive line

The 2023 unit has even more depth than the previous two classes. As stated they can go as many as 10 deep, if not more. Some FBS schools can’t even find five guys to fill their lineup.

It’s an embarrassment of riches when you factor in that kind of potential and is an obvious reason why Michigan football can three-peat as the Joe Moore Award winner. This class has all the makings to be the best of the bunch in my opinion.

With the easiness to join the transfer portal in today’s day and age, it’s a testament to Sherrone Moore and the entire staff to keeping these men intact.

Only a few have departed, but most have stayed and been rewarded for their hard work which has not gone unnoticed. Once draft time rolls around, the effort of this three year span will become even more recognizable to the whole football universe.

This year Michigan football will look to add more accomplishments to its growing history. Paving the way for two 1,000-yard rushers and getting the passing game going more potently should be goals of theirs.

Most importantly will be to keep J.J. McCarthy clean and injury free so they don’t have to put the promising season at risk.
