Final thoughts

I am stoked to see Oregon and Washington join the Big Ten. While I understand the point of view of those who hate this move, it will make the Big Ten much more entertaining.

Michigan football stands to benefit a lot from the expansion. If the Wolverines play their cards right, they could see their brand grow even more.

The times are a-changin’ and the Big Ten seems to be on top of things. I would expect that the Big Ten will continue to add teams as the opportunities present themselves. The most common names brought up have been Notre Dame, Florida State, and Clemson.

I think Notre Dame is the most likely of that group, but Florida State and Clemson would offer a lot of benefits for the Big Ten, namely southern growth.
