Zak Zinter and Trevor Keegan
These two maulers are a considerable reason why Michigan football has dominated in the trenches against defensive lines.
They both will be drafted early as long as they stay injury free and don’t digress. The only thing left to do for the big uglies is to win the national championship and that is one of the reasons why they returned to Michigan.
Zinter has seen the field more than Keegan in their careers. Keegan has missed time due to minor injuries and is backed up by Giovanni El-Hadi, who could start for anyone in the power five conferences today but is waiting patiently for his moment in the sun. The Wolverines have at least seven draftable prospects in next April’s draft.
Michigan has the 4th best odds to win a national championship this year.

And if they pull it off, it will be because of their offensive line.
I don’t know if any team has any position group as old and as experienced as Michigan’s OL.

Michigan’s two longest and biggest runs of last season came from behind Zinter and Olu Oluwatimi to seal the Ohio State win.
They both of them have given up such a small number of sacks that you can count them on just one hand alone. Michigan’s offensive line averages over 300 pounds each and all of them put together eclipse the 1,500-pound mark.
