A really solid linebacker class

I’m thinking Michigan football is likely going to be done at linebacker following the commitment of Beasley. The Wolverines technically have four linebackers with Mason Curtis, Beasley, Jaden Smith, and Cole Sullivan.

Some of those guys could move around to different spots. Beasley seems like a good fit at inside linebacker for the Wolverines and he’s going to be a player.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him contribute on special teams right away, before becoming a starter in his second year or third year with the Wolverines down the line. He also plays running back and comes from a state championship team.

Michigan football has 24 commitments but is far from done. Michael Uini is deciding soon and so are some others. However, I don’t see any more linebackers in the 2024 class, and if that’s the case the Wolverines got a really good haul.
