4-star RB Jordan Marshall

When it comes to top targets, few are higher on the board than Ohio running back Jordan Marshall. He’s ranked seventh in the 2024 class among running backs according to the 247 sports composite rankings. He’s also the second-best player in Ohio and 83rd overall.

Michigan football has been making some headway in the state of Ohio, yet the Wolverines haven’t landed an elite player that Ohio State also really wanted.

The Buckeyes are pushing with Marshall and there’s no doubt that Michigan football and Ohio State both want him badly.

As Michigan, you have to feel good because the Wolverines boast one of the best offensive lines in college football and that’s not likely to change in the coming years. Plus, there is a strong commitment to running the ball.

There aren’t any crystal ball projections for Marshall yet Michigan is in a great spot. He’s making his fourth visit this weekend and has an official visit scheduled for June.

Michigan has landed some big-time backs in recent cycles in Donovan Edwards and Cole Cabana, but this would be as big as any.
