Make Max Duggan beat you through the air

TCU quarterback Max Duggan was a Heisman finalist for a reason. Despite losing out on the starting quarterback job at the end of fall camp, he came in relief and made sure to not let the rest of the position group sniff the starting spot again.

For all his grit, his football I.Q., and leadership, Duggan is not and has never been an elite passer. He’s very much a dual-threat quarterback who uses his legs to make the difference on offense and gives his wide-outs plenty of opportunities for 50/50 balls.

If Michigan pulls this game out it won’t be because they let Duggan run all over them. They simply can’t afford that to happen.

Duggan has to be kept behind the line of scrimmage, forced to make NFL-level throws, and exercise patience in a crowded pocket.

Don’t let Max Duggan run all over you like he did the rest of the Big 12 conference this year and the chances of a Michigan victory go through the roof.
